Planning for our death, including the care of minor children, distribution of assets, taxes and/or an unanticipated illness, seems daunting to many. We pride ourselves in making the estate planning process as positive and productive as possible. Working in conjunction with your financial advisors, tax accountants, and other professionals, we prepare the legal documents required to protect your assets and your family in the event of an illness, disability or death. We prepare wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced directives and health care durable power of attorney.
We work with families who require the appointment of guardian for either an incapacitated adult or an incapacitated child turning 18.
For families who have suffered the loss of a loved one, we can assist with the probate process and administration of the family members estate.
