Attorney Marta Cruz Gold handles matters related to immigration, elder law, bankruptcy and business law/corporate matters. She is licensed to practice in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and handles immigration matters throughout the United States.
Marta was born in Havana, Cuba and experienced first-hand the immigration process with her parents as they fled communist Cuba in the early ’70s entering the United States as political refugees. She is an Alumni of the Milton Hershey School in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Marta received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Russian Language from Rutgers College at Rutgers University in New Jersey (’91). In 1994, she earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University – Camden School of Law.
Marta has been in private practice as a solo practitioner for over 23 years. Her firm is located in Ewing, New Jersey. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association along with the Bankruptcy Inns of Court–New Jersey. She has previously served as a member of the Hopewell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment located in Hopewell Township, New Jersey and the New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee(Mercer County, New Jersey).
